Chelsea Manager, Frank Lampard, has given the most recent injury update on striker, Tammy Abraham after his side neglected to beat Bournemouth in the Premier League on Saturday.
Abraham was missing as Chelsea played a 2-2 draw away at Bournemouth, because of two objectives from Marcos Alonso.
The 22-year-old was seen limping endlessly from a warm-down exercise after Chelsea's midweek 3-0 misfortune to Bayern Munich in the UEFA Champions League.
Giving a report on Abraham, Lampard said the 22-year-old has traveled to Barcelona to see an expert for counsel on his lower leg injury.
"Tammy Abraham went to Barcelona, to examine his lower leg for some more counsel on it," Lampard was cited by Metro UK as telling columnists after Chelsea's draw with Bournemouth.
"I'm trusting it is anything but a long haul injury, yet I can't let you know whether he'll be prepared for Tuesday or Saturday matches."
Abraham has been noteworthy for Chelsea so far this season.
He has scored thirteen Premier League objectives so far this crusade.
