In the most recent report released by the CIES Football Observatory, Arsenal winger Bukayo Saka and Real Madrid's Vinicius Jr. are ranked second and third, respectively.

Borussia Dortmund midfielder Jude Bellingham came in at number four.

Outside of Europe's big five leagues, Benfica defender Antonio Silva is the highest-ranked player.

The CIES measurements put Saka as the third most costly player, possibly directing a charge of 195.8m euros (£168.7m).



















Genuine Madrid genius Vinicius, 22, sits straight ahead of Saka in the rankings, esteemed at 196.3m euros (£169.1m).


The Brazilian's contract with Los Blancos will end in the summer of 2024, despite the fact that he is just over a year older than Saka.
