Joseph Akinfenwa Donus, better known as Joeboy, a well-known Nigerian singer, has revealed that he once had to deal with bankruptcy in his career.
As per Joeboy, he needed to manage chapter 11 in the wake of hitting fame, as he tumbled off at a point in his vocation and became bankrupt once more.
In a recent interview with Dose Of Society, the singer of "Body & Soul" made this clear.
The singer went on to say that he was telling the story to inspire others who were experiencing some kind of setback at the moment not to give up.
He stated, "I was at my lowest point. I’m one of the biggest artists from Africa right now." I lacked cash. I had to close my (bank) account because I was so broke.
“I just want to use this story as a source of inspiration for anyone who is going through difficulties right now. Don't try to make things end. It can always improve. That's for certain. I am an actual example."
